Traveling as a Political Act && My Updated ZeeMap

Did you know that traveling can serve as a political act && a way to expand your mind?

When I say "travel as a political act" I mean traveling with intent. Immersing yourself into a new land, culture, && peoples you've never met. When you do this you learn. You begin to understand and appreciate differences.

📍 I just updated my ZeeMap. You can check it out and see the interactive version here on my Adventures page where you can zoom in and out.

I am not sure if the map is 100% correct in a sense that I might be missing places. I've travelled extensively my entire life despite adversity. There are ways to travel even on a budget.

I'm at roughly 30 American states, 19 countries (not including USA), && 3 continents. I added 4 countries last year- Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, && Belize . I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I hope to travel the world.

It's times like these when I reflect on my adventures. I am appreciative of all the kind people I've met worldwide during my travels who have let me glimpse into what it's like to live somewhere else on this planet. A place with different foods, languages, and laws. It's a way of sharing. Never comparing.
When you see how people do things elsewhere it opens your mind to possibilities. Things can be different. You can then take those things you learned abroad back home to improve on yourself and your community. It's that growth mindset.
I know there is a lot of tension worldwide and especially in the United States. So many pillars of society like rights, the environment, economic security, equality, and justice are all being highlighted. Political structures will collapse and people in power will fall. Neptune has entered Aries as of today. Any illusions and fog that hindered our ability to see clearly will fade.
I love the harmonium and mantras. Give the video a shot and see if it changes your vibrations especially if you are feeling anxious or scared. I listened to the whole thing and feel infinitely better.
Please remember that your well-being and safety are always priority. Take care of yourself before you take care of others. Drink your water. Incorporate movement in your day even if it is a light stretch, doing chores, or cooking for yourself. Little things can give you momentum to keep going both figuratively && literally.
Let your inner light shine && the unique note in your voice be heard. - EF
Take care out there && stay warm.
